Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flexatruckparts.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Flexa Truck Parts ("Flexa," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you use the Site for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate, current details and update them when they change. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaches these Terms.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We sell heavy-duty truck parts. We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and stock accurate, but errors can happen. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed, and we may limit quantities.

4. Fitment and part selection

It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your truck before you order, using your make, model, year, and the relevant OE or part number. Cross-reference information and fitment help we provide are a guide, not a guarantee of fit. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering. A part that does not fit because of a selection error is handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, in whole or in part. A confirmation email acknowledges your order; a contract forms when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limits.

6. Payment

Payment is due when you order, through the methods shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected method for the order total, including taxes and shipping. We use a third-party payment processor and do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, dispatch times, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Returns, refunds, and warranties

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Many parts carry a manufacturer or product warranty; those warranty terms come from the manufacturer and are described on the product page. Except for any warranty we expressly state, products are sold without further warranties from us, as set out in the disclaimer below.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not interfere with the Site's operation or security, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the Site to infringe anyone's rights.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, and the Flexa name and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission, beyond viewing and using the Site normally.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties we have not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that fitment information will be complete or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flexa Truck Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, or loss of use, arising from the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
