Customers should not assume that any product is genuine OEM, original manufacturer-branded, or authorized by a vehicle manufacturer unless the product listing clearly states “Genuine OEM” or otherwise expressly confirms such status.

SECTION 4 - FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for verifying product fitment before placing an order. This includes, but is not limited to, confirming the vehicle year, make, model, VIN, OEM part number, cross-reference number, measurements, left/right side orientation, engine configuration, trim level, production date, and any other applicable specifications.

Flexa Truck Parts is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, inspection failure, vehicle downtime, or any other loss caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect application, failure to inspect the product before installation, or failure to follow applicable safety procedures.

Installation, testing, adjustment, calibration, and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer and/or installer.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Flexa Truck Parts reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Flexa Truck Parts confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Flexa Truck Parts is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping addresses.

For freight shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment. Additional freight charges, redelivery fees, liftgate fees, storage fees, appointment fees, residential delivery fees, limited access fees, address correction fees, or refused delivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 9 - INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, missing items, incorrect items, or shipping-related issues must be reported to Flexa Truck Parts within 48 hours of delivery. Reports should include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Failure to report such issues within this time period may affect our ability to assist with carrier claims, replacement requests, refund requests, or return requests.

For freight deliveries, customers should inspect the shipment before signing delivery documents. If damage is visible, the customer should note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and contact Flexa Truck Parts immediately.

SECTION 10 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, and in original condition with all included hardware, packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Installed, modified, painted, altered, damaged, used, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.

Special-order items, clearance items, electrical components, freight items, opened items, and items marked as final sale may be non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
